Sponsor and Administrator

The sponsor is the business entity listed in the survey details. A Closer Look, LLC is the administrator. A Closer Look, LLC provides the survey technology but does not provide the prize funds.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor or Administrator are not eligible.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants enter by scanning a QR code at a participating location and completing the survey. Making a purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

Winner Selection

Prizes are awarded through a randomized time based slot system. A prize is awarded if a participant completes a survey and opts in after a winning slot becomes available.

Prizes

The prize is a gift card with a value not exceeding $600. The Sponsor provides the prize funds and determines the fulfillment method and gift card amount. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Release of Liability

Participants release A Closer Look, LLC and the Sponsor from liability regarding technical errors or prize use. A Closer Look, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, and is not responsible for prize fulfillment or delivery failures caused by third party platforms or client systems. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
