Take a look at this snapshot of the categories that you track. You can identify areas where opportunities exist and formulate a game plan to improve scores.

Once you've identified a particular category that is challenged, you can isolate the issue to a particular question. The Question Trending Line Graph will show you how shoppers have answered that question over a period of time. Erratic or trending-down data may suggest opportunities that need to be addressed.

Each category can be adjusted to contribute as much or as little to the overall score for each report. Because each question has an associated 'Weight Factor' relating its 'value' to all other questions, adjusting the weight factors will increase or decrease the points available in each category. Questions may be added or removed from any given category to adjust that category's contribution to the overall score.

Available whenever you log in, we have a magnificent tool to really get the scoop on each shop that was done at each location. The Drill-Down Grids provide an instantaneous look into the details that make up the score for each shop.
